Frozen Food Storage What Are Some Rules Of Thumb With Regard To Food Storage - In Sofar As Keeping It Fresh?

What are some rules of thumb with regard to food storage - in sofar as keeping it fresh? - frozen food storage

Examples;

Tomatoes can not stay at home (in the fridge)
"Strawberries are a refrigerator, but not in an airtight container.
-All vegetables and fruit must be in bags that are loosely solved.

- How long can it last granola, how should it be stored?
- Can growing fridge, or is impaired for some reason the quality?
Muffins can be frozen?
Plastic storage can be as good as in the Tupperware?
-All Tupperware favorite?
Saving the best way to bread?
And some options for storage of food is appreciated, as I am a coffee shop and ask myself, am running on these things.
